Every Day I’m Bakin’ - Part 3:
Well… this pie is really hard to make. The part that sucks for me is the marshmallow. If your syrup is not the right consistency, it won’t work and you’ll have to toss everything out.
My thermometer broke, so I had to test the syrup with a glass of cold water and it took FOREVER. It’s just such a huge pain.
It doesn’t taste that good, either. It’s not TERRIBLE, but it’s nothing special. It’s too sweet for my taste.
I’ve baked this before, but I don’t remember it turning out so… meh. So, never baking this again. It’s sweet and good, but it’s just too much of a pain.
